Rule 71
Power to accept or reject amendment
(1) The Chairman shall have the right to accept or reject the amendment to be submitted to the proposal. (2) For the purpose of accepting or rejecting the amendment, the Chairman may ask the concerned member to clarify the purpose of the amendment.
